Web Developer

We are looking for a Web Developer.
He/she should be a senior profile with the following skills and knowledges:

• PHP : to navigate to any PHP code quickly, cleanly and efficiently encode (with the performance and safety at all time)
• MySQL => able to create complex databases, with indexes and efficient structures, associated SQL queries.
• HTML / CSS => very strong knowledge in advanced HTML and CSS, and have a great interest on the final design
• JS / jQuery => able to juggle with the Jquery javascript in general
• Able to juggle: XML, UTF-8, logs, FTP, RSS, backups, web services, API ...
• Administration of a Linux server with Apache (minimum basic knowledge)

• Frameworks: CodeIgniter, Zend ...
• CMS: Wordpress, Drupal, ExpressionEngine, ... to create well-integrated modules
• E-Commerce: Magento, Ogone, SSL ...
• Mobile: notions on mobile sites and mobile applications
• Social Networks: Using API's

• Can estimate his work and analyze the best choice to take on a project basis.
• Always listening on the rapid changes in the web.

We are currently seeking Sr. Project Managers to join our Brussels office, team of professionals. This individual serves as an expert in all phases of an interactive project lifecycle, is our clients' primary point of contact and is responsible for managing internal team workflow and task assignments.

Position Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in all phases of an interactive project lifecycle
• Able to quickly gain an understanding of our clients
• Industries, business and project objectives
• Interface daily with clients as the primary point of contact
• Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
• Achieve consensus among diverse and dissenting viewpoints, while effectively translating ideas into prioritized and actionable steps
• Create, maintain and present project plans and other relevant project documentation
• Create project status reports, client friendly schedule, milestone and deliverable progress materials for our clients
• Manage internal team workflow and task assignments
• Able to collaborate with and lead teams of information architects, graphic designers, copy writers, HTML developers, Flash developers, and programmers to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering high quality on time and on budget
• Have a "can-do" attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
• Be flexible, organized, open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 4+ years experience as a project manager in an interactive agency or similar client services environment

• Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

Senior Designer

We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. Someone with a proven track record in designing commercial websites.

This role is not just about someone who can deliver a professional looking website. We're looking for someone whose designs are the end product of great conceptual thinking. Someone who can present, lead a team and inspire others. As well as hands on studio design work we'll want you to work on pitches, attend user testing groups and develop brand guidelines.
