Toledo is the preferred alternative telecommunications operator on the Belgian market. Its services include both consumer and corporate offerings. A large range of services and solutions are proposed, fixed line and mobile telephony, ADSL and VDSL connections, professional convergence solutions, and consultancy.
Toledo has called upon Sectionmedia for a complete redesign and redevelopment of their website, as well as the development of their visual identity and website content.
Strategy
Sectionmedia has defined a style reflecting the values and corporate culture of Toledo. A key concern was to simplify the abundance of information and introduce transparency and clarity, especially regarding tariffs and prices.
A commercial approach was also implemented throughout the design process, in order to promote cross- and upselling, supported with key visuals. This approach serves as the basis for the long-term commercial design strategy for Toledo.
Brand new website
A simple to-the-point layout was chosen to portray Toledo, using the corporate green color as a highlight thoughout the pages. Clean and crisp images further illustrate the transparent approach of this operator throughout the residential and corporate sections.
Content-wise, Sectionmedia implemented an optimized structure for the information, with a clear balance between content and illustrations. Great care was put into customer profiling, so that each visitor could identify themselves easily.
Content Management System
From a development point of view, the Toledo website uses an advanced Content Management System, allowing client users to generate themselves the content of the website.
All of the text, tariffs, tables and images can directly be modified by Toledo without intervention of Sectionmedia. This system, once implemented, prevents unnecessary maintenance costs.
